Hello 2025!

Can you believe we’re already diving into the new year? Time really does fly! As we kick off 2025, I just want to take a moment to say a huge thank you for all your support in 2024. What a year it was!

Between shifts in life and business, an ever-changing economy, a new president, and weather that seemed to have its own plans (two hurricanes here in St. Pete, anyone?), 2024 kept us on our toes. Adapting to new normals became, well, the new normal. But through it all, one thing stayed true: the significance of home.

Home is where we find comfort, connection, and belonging, and being a part of that journey for my clients has truly been a privilege. Whether helping someone find their first home, guiding a family to their dream space, or assisting in navigating the market, I am so grateful to have been a small part of so many life-changing moments.

Looking Ahead to 2025

As we step into this new year, I’m feeling optimistic. While mortgage rates have been higher than some would like, housing demand has shown some festive resilience and it looks like it will carry on.

According to Zillow’s housing report, home prices are projected to increase in 2025, with mortgage rates slowly declining, which could lead to gradual growth in sales and home appreciation. In short, I’m expecting a more balanced market for both buyers and sellers.
